Our Company History
Established in 1990 in Metairie, Louisiana, and expanded to offices in Slidell and Mandeville in 2019 and 2021, respectively.
Founded by Wayne Songy, Sr., a broker with over 50 years of real estate experience, who has held various leadership positions in local realtor associations including former President of the Jefferson Board of Realtors and President of the New Orleans Investors Association. He has also mentored hundreds of agents throughout his career.
Now owned and managed by Wayne Songy Jr., who has been in real estate since 2005. He is licensed and brokered in Louisiana and Mississippi. Wayne Jr., was selected as a 2020 City Business Excellence in Real Estate Honoree and was in the top 500 realtors in Louisiana since becoming a broker. Wayne Songy and Associates was recognized by the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce with the 2023 “All in the Family” award as the area’s outstanding family business.
