• Tenant is taken through move in inspection of property and preexisting defects/needed repairs are noted and addressed
• Any questions, repairs/maintenance, etc. are handled by the property manager using our experienced network of service technicians and vendors. Expenses exceeding agreed upon amount are approved by owner

• Upon end of lease/move out, a final inspection will be done with tenant and deductions from deposit will be taken before return of remaining deposit to tenant
