- Create and distribute a flyer of your home to local real estate, title, and lending agencies
- Register your home for the next Brokers’ Tour for your area. Provide catering and door prizes for the event. Advertise event to local agencies
- Provide feedback and suggestions received from initial postings
- Schedule weekend open house and discuss advertising and incentives for events
- For the remainder of the listing through closing, we will provide you with all the information, feedback, and plans to continue to make this a successful sale
